Responsibilities:

• Bill of Material (BOM) costing consolidation within a specific time period.
• Propose alternate component manufacturer part (MPN) on BOM.
• Negotiations, timely escalations and coordination with Suppliers on cost & lead time.
• Customer sales admin – quotation & sales doc preparation, e.g. Compliance report, inspection report, etc.
• Monitoring & coordinating of components and materials logistic movements.
• Stock taking, re‐packing and labelling of received components & materials.
• Preparation of completed PCBA package & documentation for delivery to customer.
• Return Material Authorisation & quality rejects liaison with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant.
• Minimum of 1~2 years of sales or customer service or supply chain experience in EMS/CM sectors.
• Minimum of 3~4 years can be consider for a senior position.
• Good knowledge of EMS electronic market & competitors will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of IPC‐6012, IPC‐600, IPC‐610 will be an added advantage.
• Good team player, positive, strong analytical skill, problem‐solver, high EQ & attitude.
• Good interpersonal skill, confident & highly motivated.
• Able to work under fast‐paced environment meeting tight deadlines
