This highly practical one-day course covers the basics of Hand Soldering. It provides all the skills necessary to work on modern electronic printed circuit boards. Training will be given in accordance with some requirements of IPC J-STD-001 CIS "Requirement for Soldered Electronic Assemblies" and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.

Participants will acquire knowledge of basic solder and rework techniques as well as safe working practices at a soldering station. They will be able to demonstrate proper usage of a soldering iron. Successful completion of the course leads to the award of the Competence Certificate by Wizlogix Pte Ltd.
