• Mentor Graphics 2014 PCB Technology Leadership Awards

In 2014, Wizlogix was the only company in Singapore to attain the Mentor Graphics PCB Technology Leadership Award (TLA) for our PCB layout design in the Consumer Electronic and Handheld category.

The design that was awarded the TLA is a Modem and Application Processor. 

The team had faced numerous challenges for this design, due to the project complexity.

Some of the challenges include:

• Vias at 2.36mm
• High speed constraints
• HDI
• Multiple FPGAs
• 0.4mm pitch
